We collaborated with Spectrum to create the My TWC® app, allowing users to manage accounts, pay bills, troubleshoot equipment and wifi, schedule appointments, and access voicemail. We balanced stakeholder priorities, emphasizing self-service and reducing customer care costs. The billing section presented complex information, including balances, subscriptions, charges, credits, and payment options. Consistency across platforms was maintained, providing streamlined experiences on Apple Watch and phones through swipe-able carousels and adjusted hierarchy.

In summary, our collaboration with Spectrum produced the My TWC® app for account management and bill payments. Redesign efforts prioritized stakeholder needs and user-centered design. Despite billing complexities, we effectively communicated details and payment options. We helped them cut customer service costs by increasing payments and engagement through the app.
