We collaborated with Rogers from initial kickoff through to delivery, to create Unison, a customizable business communications solution. It enabled businesses of all sizes to stay connected on the go. We understood their customers' journeys and developed administrative portals, wizards, and mobile apps for a seamless solution.

Both administrators and end users could log in to view service settings from the dashboard. End users easily accessed call settings like Caller ID, Simultaneous Ring, and Call forwarding, along with managing Auto Attendants, Hunt Groups, and phone management. We implemented a Dual Persona solution, allowing team members to switch between their landline number and a business number on a single mobile device, keeping them available for customers without extra costs. It was the first time such a solution was implemented Canadian market.
